I thoroughly enjoyed their meats here. It didn’t feel like stuffing down meat. All the meats that I tried were flavorful. I think some of their meats have some kind of additional flavoring with Asian influences. Only reason I say that is because when I looked at the buffet bar, I noticed a soy sauce dish with various spices and peppers. My assumption is that the local people don’t know how to make that so I was wondering why was it there. It could have been the type of people that usually go there, whether it be tourists or other locals that they developed the sauce for. In any case, I felt that the meats here tasted much better than Churrascaria Premium(the other place I tried during my trip). This place also has the grilled pineapple with cinnamon. I really like this dish and would recommend it to others. Our waiter was really friendly. He learned his English and Spanish from listening to music so we were able to talk about music, exchange phrases and gestures. It made the dinner that much more enjoyable. We personally tipped him at the end because we had such a great time. Some of the other wait staff speak limited English but overall, you can get by at this restaurant without any significant difficulties. We also kept telling the waiter we wanted medium rare pieces and he was able to deliver. I had many steaks that were cooked perfectly to medium rare. Maybe the place wasn’t that busy at the time we went so they were able to cater to us more but regardless, we were able to ask for whatever piece of meat, cooked to our liking, and ordered it repeatedly without any issues. Because we wanted medium rare, the waiter would come to our table first because after he has gone to some other tables, he would bring the meat back to the chef and he would further cook it which ultimately changes it to well done =P I would highly recommend this place over Churrascaria Premium. On a side note, across the street is Supermercado Muffato. A great place to shop for whatever you need.
