Dont let the beautiful all glass façade fool you. This place is a tourist trap. It is so bad, that the Consumer Council of Foz should close this place down, for false advertising and deliberately scamming people.
They offer three attraction: the wax museum, wonders of the world and the lost world.
The ticket to each attraction costs R$ 40. You are better off throwing R$ 120 down the drain. I mean, if maybe they charged you R$ 40 for all three «attractions» it would be barely worth it.
The lost world thing, its just a hand full of plastic dinosaurs that move a little when you pass in front of them.
The wax museum figures are really awful, if it wasn’t for the signs you wouldn’t be able to tell who they were.
The wonders of the world beats all the records for «scammiest» tourist trap in the world. Yes, it is that bad. Its just a bunch of poorly made models of world wonders, such as the Eiffel Tower, the White House, etc. No where in the universe that is worth R$ 40.
So, in conclusion, drive past this place and go spend your hard earned money in Ciudad del Este.
