We have really enjoyed our time here. We just moved into the neighborhood. We were looking for a friendly place to walk to that we could feel at home. We stopped at a place along the way, and it was not what we were looking for. This place has been a very nice surprise. Food is limited, but the beer and atmosphere is great. We will definitely be back.

Ce n est pas de la grande cuisine, Mais c’est bon et pas cher. Le personnel est super gentil et très sympa. On y est servi très rapidement. Gros avantage quand on travaille.

Well sorry, this place is really SHIT. Because of the OWNERS and also the clientèle. The owners are DISHONNEST people. I had lately a CLASH with them. I had had Calamars sauce tartare and french fries(OK) and had asked for water. I should have taken a coffee with a glass of water, my fault. Well he brought me UNEEAUPLATE. I had to go to the bank and had not enough cash. So I paid with what I had, 2.50 Euro were lacking. the waiter got really pissed of. I’m a good client though. Also have friends who go there every day and eat and drink there regularly. So I did not expect at all to be treated like that. i said I’ll drop by tomorrow, now Im in a hurry. I explained the waiter that I had meant water from the tub, and he said he did not serve that. I said I had already been served it with a coffee and that is was my mistake, I should have taken a coffee. He was really getting at me. When he was busy with other people, I just left. When I came back to pay the 2 Euro 50, WOW, did the owner make a scandal. You ran away without paying blah blah blah I said I did not, I paid most of the bill, I just owe you 2.50, here they are. no you owe me the whole bill, you had calamars sauce tartare. I paid it and I paid also the Eau plate. No you re a lyer, so and so(my friend) is a witness. No she isnt she was not there at all. yes she was… Well I left and will never put my foot again in this place.

Une cuisine, certes, pas des plus élaborées, mais de brasserie très honnête(les pains de viande et autres stoemps sont très bons)… Une terrasse très agréable sur une petite place qui né l’est pas moins… Situé dans un quartier très commerçant, à deux pas du Parc du Cinquantenaire… Une ambiance décontractée pour boire un verre entre amis… Franchement, que demander de plus à un café? Le Petit Paris n’a en plus, je trouve, pas volé son nom: il me rappelle les bistrots de la capitale française où j’ai vécu quelques années.

Un café/resto sympa dans le quartier de Mérode. Je l’ai découvert l’année dernière, entre deux syllabus. Ils ont une petite terrasse, ce qui est très appréciable que le ciel belge daigne nous donner deux minutes de soleil. L’ambiance est très conviviale et la tenancière très amicale. Il né faut pas s’attendre à de la grande cuisine mais le bolo est bon, tout comme les boulettes sauce tomate. Le tout, pour des prix très démocratiques. Je pense que c’est l’endroit idéal pour aller voir un match de foot entre amis. Ça tombe bien, l’année prochaine, la Belgique est qualifiée !
