La Poste / De Post

After my non existant help at the North Station post office I was directed to this post office by the hotel staff.
There was quite a queue to start off and again a ticketing system, however one of the staff was standing at the ticketing machine and finding out what services customers required and was directing them accordingly. I found this very helpful and was soon in another queue waiting on what appeared to be overworked staff. Finally front of the queue and the lady who served me and the one who she asked help from both spoke very good English, were very friendly and assisted me with everything I required in a nice friendly way. With it being so busy I do think they forgot to give me all the detail I needed and I finally had to come back and ask, which was quickly dealt wiith by someone else, who also spoke very good English.
Now that I am home I find that they forgot to return my drivers licence that required as identification. I will be seeing them soon again and hopefully they are holding my licence for collection.

La Poste fait quelques efforts ! Du moins, la Poste principale, celle du boulevard Anspach.
Je né compte plus les crises de nerf passées dans les différents bureaux de poste, à attendre qu’on retrouve un colis, que j’essaye d’obtenir des timbres et j’en passé et des meilleures !
Pour notre plus grand bonheur, La Poste a tout misé sur la Poste principale en réaménageant les locaux de manière censée ! Faites comme moi, dès que vous êtes dans le centre, profitez-​en pour faire le plein de timbres ou poster des colis. Désormais, il y a des guichets express où l’attente né dépassé pas 5 minutes et sans ticket s’il vous plait !
Et puis, cerise sur le gâteau, elle est ouverte le samedi de 10h30 à 16h30 !!! On a souvent tendance à l’oublier.
Un petit conseil en passant, demandez le dépliant des tarifs pour les colis postaux car parfois pour 30g de plus (un peu de bourrage en plus dans votre colis), vous passez au tarif supérieur et c’est plutôt rageant !!!
