I found this place online when my heating unit (chaudiere) broke down in the middle of winter. Worst mistake ever. To make a very long story short, they sent out 3 separate teams of technicians on 3 separate occasions, and each time, the hot water heater broke within hours or days of their so-​called repairs.
It doesn’t take an expert to understand that these guys were completely shady. They charged me (the first time) a ton and demanded further payment even when they couldn’t fix the machine. Their solution: buy a new one. This, despite the fact that my machine was brand new!
I wasted a lot of time and money and had nothing to show for it except a lesson learned.
