Really classy place, it’d get 5 stars if Wifi was free. Modern, white walls with colorful furniture– talking lime green bright. When you walk in, there are courtesy computers to the right of the reception for your use. To the left there is a convenient store and an outdoor lounge area. The bar and restaurant are both to the right of the outdoor lounge area. Confusing thing is that the elevators lead to all the floors, but one of them is for a certain set of room numbers and the other is for the other set. I’m sure you can take the other elevator and it’ll just require extra walking, but keep that in mind. Elevators require your room key in order to go to your floor, so always keep one on you if you want to return! Also a lot of the doors require a flash of your room key. Definitely ensures a higher rate of security than other hotels, necessary when in Belgium. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, and the television is huge. I was really comfortable the entire time and had no complaints about the room. The bed even had little reading lights on it. Again, you have to use your room key to turn on any of the lights in the room. Also, the hotel’s breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve seen in Europe in terms of selection.

We stayed here the first night of our trip. Most of us stayed in the classic twin rooms, while some friends stayed in the royal suite. : Classic Twin Room : Beds are comfortable, A/C control is good. The bathroom is spacious, plenty of counter top space. Glass door showers. Room size seems a bit cramped. : Royal Suite : Very spacious! Separate bedroom which is large. Separate living/sitting room with dining table which is very large. The sauna apparently didn’t work. The private patio had chaises you can lounge on. : Wifi : Wifi connection is good unless you are on the patio of the Royal Suite. Its one of those where you need to keep logging in(Name + room number). : Parking : 3 levels of parking underneath the hotel : Other : There is a mini mart at the bottom that sells snacks, drinks, coffee, and pastry. Not too bad of a walk from Grote markt/Grand Place(around 20 min or so?) This is one of the hotels for Tomorrowland global journey package. Overall, its a nice hotel. I can see why business travelers like it, but it is quite pricey. Check out nearby Bloom! as well.
