Japan Day – Ottakring

The Japan day was a small hit for the locals at Ottakring. A few Japanese people wore their traditional clothing to make the day a bit more festive. A couple of stands were set up for grownup and children. The most busy stand must have been the Origami stand where the flying crane were the most created paper figure. A couple of martial arts shows were put on for the viewers as well as a painting feature. Over all the Japan day was short, small and worth the hour that we spent there.
