When we were thinking about paving the front yard of our house, we didn’t want to spend alot and didn’t really mind getting factory seconds if we could. Best Bricks & Pavers is where we turned and heading to their shop we managed to find a good lot of factory seconds that met our needs. On site the people are helpful and will help you get sorted out fairly quickly. Their shop front is a small building and on the left and right hand side are the yards which store their new pavers and factory seconds respectively. One problem with factory seconds though is that you never know when they will be available, or how whether you will have enough for the work you want to do. Calling them is not very helpful as while they may be able to tell you what size of paver they have available, they usually won’t be able to tell you how many square metres they have, and you’ll have to show up and check for yourself. Still, a good place to grab some cheap factory seconds if you need any. Factory seconds generally cost 3 times cheaper than brand new pavers because of defects, discolouration and other things which might cause them to be unfit for sale as brand new. If you have a trailer you can collect them yourself or they can deliver for a small fee. I think it was around $ 50. Anyway, it’ll usually take them a few days and they will call to let you know that they are delivering.
