Great coffee. Poor service. Had my heart set on a Matcha Latte but they«didn’t have any powder». Don’t list things on the chalk board if you don’t have it.

WOW! my body kept thanking me for days after my first lunch order. Seriously I am a Meat Eater but in an effort to please my Bride, I grabbed some take away salads a desert and cool drink from the fridge… I am sure the health rating was high but man this food tasted sooo awesome, really well made and so very fresh. I am a regular now and right down to the power balls and wooden take away cutlery a really Big Fan.

Wholefoods. Paleo. No Gluten. All the gluten. Time-poor. Burger vs. Salad. In today’s high-paced world and Instagram-worthy living, trying to keep healthy and always prepare nutritious meals at home can sometimes just get you down. And, thanks to a local spot like Wholesomeness you can eat well without the lengthy cooking when you’re running short on time. Previously an online-delivery(which I think they still run), Wholesomeness’ café incorporates their healthy ready-made meals(think chicken tikka masala with cauliflower and broccoli rice, salads and such) as well as coffee, cold-press juices, and smoothies. I’ve stopped in, mostly when in a hurry and knowing I won’t get a chance and/or can’t be bothered cooking that evening, to pick up ready-made meals for dinner a few times now and have found them to be wholesome, affordable(around $ 10 a pop) and forgiving. The carefully made ready-made meals are free of judgement. Just nourishment. They let me still eat well without giving myself a case of the guilts because I undid that great gym workout by ordering pizza when a dose of the CBFs hits.
