The worst customer services ever! I got an expensive package sent from overseas and they didn’t notify me at all. When i complained to the man at the counter, I think his name is Tim, he said they had tried to contact me before… which in my opinion was a bulls**t and a lie. My phone has all the call logs of all the incoming/outgoing and miss call for the past 6 months and I didn’t see any miss call or any calls whatsoever from them. After making several enquirers of the whereabouts of the goods I found out to my horror that it had been sitting at their warehouse for almost 2 months in summer heat… I would avoid dealing with this company again

I have been using this Pack & Send’s services for several years now, starting shortly before the current franchisee, Brad, took over. I send parcels internationally several times a month, so I use their services fairly frequently. The customer service is phenomenal! They pack my parcels for me and do all the paperwork, using whichever courier is the most reliable and cost effective for the destination country. Over the years there have been just 3 issues(with the courier, not with Pack & Send), and Brad and his team have always been right onto it, working quickly and tirelessly to try to sort it out and keep me up to date with what is happening. It’s refreshing to experience that, rather than having to chase them up. I highly, highly recommend Pack & Send Canning Vale!

There are many of these stores in the metro area, Brad the store Franchisee is very helpful. I have sent odd consignments interstate hassle free. Easy access and parking. They have moved now to 2⁄9 Yampi Way Willetton.
