Us women are very particular when it comes to who cuts and colours our hair. For a while I settled for my hairdresser at Paul Astone in Warwick, I was still paying silly prices, but that’s what we do for beauty. On one of my appointments (my last), I wanted to change my hair up a bit because I had just had my final dress fitting for my ball and wanted to alter the shade of my blonde. In doing so, my hair turned out a disaster, it was brown for starters, seconds of all, purely for a colour it cost me $ 250 and finally I sat there for 4 hours! I went home and cried because I hated my hair colour and had just forked out a huge amount of money and decided to call them up. When I spoke to my hairdresser she apoligised and said she knew the colour was wrong, I went back and they put a few foils in the top to try and lighten it but it was still nothing like I asked for. On the other hand, I did get my actual ball hair done for $ 107 and it turned out beautifully in a french fish tail plait. But I haven’t been back since and don’t think I’d trust them with my colour again.
