I love Sushi Sushi for a quick bite that is sure to fill you up and get your legs through an arvo shopping. You’ll catch me here during the Christmas holiday rush, eating a hand roll and wondering why it is that I end up at Knox City every year looking for Christmas presents.
The staff here are great, always smiling and friendly. The small seating area is usually full of shoppers catching a short break between spending, and with the amount of food on offer at Knox City, this is surely saying something about the food.
For $ 5 – 6 you can grab 2 hand rolls and know that what your eating is better than any of the fast food options on offer, and with a great choice for vegetarians, I’m sold by Sushi Sushi.
I usually get a rotating mix of the vegetarian, that comes with fresh vegies and tofu, the avocado, or if they have it, the egg.
