Aspect Property Group

Mixed feelings about this. The good thing is that its new and furnished, close to the bus stops, train station, ferry, university, schools, toowong village (all essentials incl. groceries), this place is very very very convenient! Everything is within walking distance or a very very short drive. As a student, it is a very good location especially if you do not have a car and you commute everywhere. The city is only a 10 minute bus ride away, west end is only across the river (take the ferry), handful of doctor offices, hospitals, you name it! This location has everything. The only reason I am giving it 3 out of 5 stars is because the downside to living very close to everything is the fact that it is very noisy. All day I can hear cars driving by, even worse when they decide to rev up their engines, and also you can hear every train that comes and goes at toowong station. I know when I have missed a train and can sort of calculate when the next one is coming, etc. That being said, trains start running around 5:30AM in the morning and do not stop running until around midnight every single day. Because the apartment is also next to a hill (on benson st), cars that drive by like to make a lot of noise with their engines so you can hear all of it. Sometimes accidents happen on the road too and you can hear it. I give it 3 stars because the noise is actually kind of bothersome especially when i need to study. when im sleeping and stuff, it doesnt really seem to bother me. As a student, i am very happy to live here as it is close to everything and i can get to places quick. The downside is the noise and the cost (not a cheap place, keep in mind the convenience and its furnished so it makes sense). It also does not include electricity, water or internet. The place is very nice though compared to many others nearby.
