F45 Training The Ponds

This place is Tha Bomb! It’s not your typical Gym — it’s something even better! F45 aka «Functional training for 45mins!»
The music is always loud and pumping and bound to give you that extra push to get thru the session. Everyday the class is different — strength and weights * Cardio etc etc.
After attending my first 5:30am class I was on a buzz for the rest of the day — I didn’t even need my morning coffee.
The trainers are pretty nice and have set up a space for your kids to chill whilst you train — my 4 year old loved playing PlayStation ;)

Maaaaan 5:30am sessions are crazy! The sun isn’t even awake. But Susie the trainer and her partner were pumped, and had enough energy for everyone! Such fun Vibes.
Checked it out for the first time today, and it was awesome! It was straight into it 9 sets of different exercises from push ups, sprinting to skipping etc. for 40secs, rest 20sec back 40secs on for 2 rounds.
Great way to start the day all levels are welcome and you only get as much as you put in.
