The coffee here is good and the food is cheap. Probably the only place in Teneriffe that you can get breakfast and coffee and have Change from $ 20. That being said, the avocado on toast was a bit light on the avocado. I’m guessing this current avocado shortage is too blame but I will probably get something else next time.

Stopped here after a trip to Flour and Choclate to grab a coffee to enjoy my pastry with at New Farm Park… I ordered a cappuccino and I have to say it wasn’t that great :/I’m by no means a coffee snob, but I have definitely had better. I had high hopes, the take away cups are super cute and we had just beat a mini-rush in the door… so I would think their coffee is normally pretty decent? Maybe I just got a bad one? Not sure. Odds are I won’t be back though :(

Had to head to the doctors office nearby and though since I had some time to kill would pop in for a coffee and a slice. It is a very quaint and for a Saturday morning was surprisingly empty. Maybe people haven’t been here much yet, or just don’t like the breakfast, but just on the fact there was no late I will defiantly go back and try it out. After reviewing the menu I decided to get a Chai Latte and some Bannana Bread. Since the place was not busy everything came out relatively quick and tasted perfect.

The coffee here is absolutely to die for. I am suprised by some of the other reviews as I would definitely rate this as my second favourite coffee(only after Merlos). I work closer to the Campos in Teneriffe, however it is worth the extra walk to Caffeine. The staff and attentitative and bubbly. The coffee is creamy and never burnt. The food is delicious. Would highly recommend it to everyone!

I have only tried the coffee at Caffeine, so can’t comment on the dining aspect, but for the simple task of delivering a well-made coffee it didn’t really succeed. I went in to Caffeine with high hopes, having walked past and seen the sign in the window about their coffee winning an award. A friend and I went in early in the morning when the café was busy(not full, but busy) and ordered our coffees at the counter. After explicitly stating that we would be having here and not taking away, we were asked to take a seat wherever we pleased. After getting caught up in our conversation, it wasn’t until 20 minutes had past that we realised we hadn’t received our coffees. A pleasant reminder seemed to budge them along, but when our coffees were delivered they were in takeaway cups. Hmmm. We told the waitress our qualm to which she replied«Oh sorry, do you want to wait for another one?». Another 20 minute wait wasn’t really on the agenda, so we took our coffees and headed off a little disgruntled. Had it tasted good, there would have been some forgiveness on our part. The coffee was burnt and bitter and tasted over extracted. Needless to say I’ve not been back since, and given the fact that our coffee was as disappointing as it was, I wouldn’t dare attempt the food. Ho-hum indeed.

There’s something about cycling and coffee which seems to go hand in hand. And you know a mark of a good coffee joint by the number of bikes and lycra-clad beings inhabiting the establishment. It must have something to do with the incredible aromas emanating out of the café — they roast their own beans(Krank) on site. The coffee is strong and smooth — definitely worth pedaling hard for. There’s also a small assortment of muffins and breakfast(served until 2pm), but the emphasis here really is on the caffeine.
