Grumpy guy showed up over 30 minutes late without calling to let us know he was running late. Not even an apology. After the job was completed, there were still live cockroaches roaming the house 2 – 3 weeks later. Complained and they said they’d send out a complimentary follow up spray. True to form, they showed up 30 minutes late AGAIN without calling. I’ve had pest control done with other companies many times before and haven’t had such issues.
