This guy is a swindler, must’ve scammed me out of thousands for repairs… the problem with my equipment wasn’t regular and the guy kept claiming to have fixed it but never did… foolishly I kept going back and giving this idiot money only to never have the problem fixed. He claimed the 3 month warranty on repairs was void because when it left his shop the camera was working. I must have given this guy thousands.
Wouldn’t trust this guy with a ten foot pole, sometimes I dream about vandalizing his crappy little shop too. Go to hell Chris, I hope you, your embarrassing little shop and all your crappy little co-​conspirators burn to the ground one day and leave you destitute. You’re a swindler and a dishonest person, swindling young kids who are new to the industry out of their crappy $ 20,000 a year salaries, starting out looking bright and enthusiastic. Chris sent me broke and ensured that my equipment would fail on me after every job I had since I ever brought my camera into his shop for repairs. Since then I quit the business and am slowly starting to build some capital for a new investment but I will avoid this place like I would avoid the entrance to hell. Shame on you.
If you are after good service with honest people, go to Foto Riesel, a few blocks away on Hunter Street I believe, for more professional, caring, understanding and honest advice than anyone working in this hole. Gosh, nothing gets me more worked up than remembering my experiences related to this place. Avoid like the plague.
