Vodafone World Square

I agree with the first reviewer. This is a useless company and I would never again deal with them. I travel frequently to Australia and I bought my SIM at the airport. It is due to expire before I leave and I want to extend it. Guess what? Even though they demanded and inspected my passport at the airport, because my credit card isn’t «registered in Australia», I cannot extend my account (a cost of $ 10 AUD). I have to find a retailer who sells vouchers and pay them and then call up Vodaphone (again) to register the voucher. This is ridiculous. I’ve used my credit card all over Sydney and no one has ever questioned me and now I’m told I’m not qualified to spend $ 10 AUD? This company has a lot to learn about visitors from overseas.

Vodafone is by far the worst cell phone service I ever tried, the worst signal with the most dropped calls I’ve ever experienced. And on top of that, going to the store most times doesn’t resolve your problems. 99% of the time you are advised to call up Vodafone customer support which is so aggravating because different workers tell you different information, and sometimes it’s just really hard to understand their thick Indian accents that it’s almost impossible to have a quick solution.
