Coffee was good but not fantastic. Would recommend the berry /choc muffins. Not much of a range of foods & quite busy & cramped.

Coffee by Dukes, well made and tasty. $ 4 for 8fluid ounces, 2 shots. Pretty average price but the taste more than makes it worth while. A range of healthy Raw treats on offer too. Great decore, lots of wood. Fast barista which is a bonus :)

One of the best coffee spots in the western suburbs, making the most of their love for what they do! These folk work quickly and to a high standard and produce sensational coffee(or a nice pot of tea) and have some carefully selected snacks to keep you going. Some raw balls often feature on the bench top or you can order one of their newer specialties including chia pudding or a granola. Best for a quick stop, this cosy place attracts all ages from near and far!

My favourite caffeine hit in the Claremont/Swanbourne area, this place always has a great vibe and committed baristas that deliver coffee between 8−9÷10 every time. What more can you ask for? Check it out if you need a caffeine hit after shopping at Claremont Quarter and give them a tip to encourage them to keep it up.

Need a decent coffee fix before/after your beach session? Look no further Daily is here! Guys behind the bar are great fun to deal with. Plenty of good coffee in a variety of ways on offer and tasty goodies too. Place is always pretty packed on the weekend, but you never have to wait to long for your order. Certainly worth heading to! Only downside is that they only do pour overs after 10.

Perhaps the best little coffee shop in Perth. Now, I live up the street so I could be biased. However, I try other venues now and then from the CBD to the beach and always come back knowing they consistently deliver an excellent cup. I can recall, I have only had 1 cup that was subpar in the past year and it was prepared by a new Barista. I brushed it off and it’s been all good since. Décor is neighbourhood/rustic/hipster, small bites are delicious(especially the Banana Bread), and the vibe is inviting. I’m keen on them having more organic coffee as an option. Go for the coffee, stay because the staff care and try and know your name and preferences, and return for all of the above!

Okay, so this place sticks milk crates out front so that patrons can feel all rustic, humble and upcycle-friendly. But don’t hold that against them. The rest of The Daily’s décor is slick and welcoming. I went in for a coffee this morning and the sweet girl behind the counter ensured the barista got my order just right: a long soy latte with a dollop of honey, only slightly stirred so that the honey hits nicely with the last swig. Taking up one of the milk crates outside and picking up a magazine, thinking I’d need to flip through it for a few minutes while my order was taken care of(there were a few people in the place) I didn’t even get to the second double page advert when sweet girl brought my piping hot takeaway coffee cup over. Now that’s fast service. Best coffee I’ve had on Claremont Crescent, too.

This newly opened espresso bar takes up residence in a spot which I am still debating is technically Swanbourne or Cottesloe. It’s headed by a couple of stylish young dudes who clearly know a thing or two about coffee, not to mention cool. The Daily Espresso Bar has a modern interior, dominated by square angles and wooden surfaces. Three distinct walls; one in clinical, white tiles, one exposed brick, and on the third is something a bit arty. Floating cubed shelving display an interesting collection of ornamentals. There is a small set of measuring scales, a blue patterned ceramic dish and a vase of orange chrysanthemums. The overall vibe is hip and relaxed, and you will enjoy your coffee against the background hum of downbeat music. Service is down to earth, sociable and serious about coffee. The coffee itself is stronger and a bit of a different taste than my usual, but I’m very fond of it! They use 5 senses beans and it costs no more for soy than it does a regular coffee. Big brownie points there. Speaking of brownies, they also have a sweet cabinet with croissants, brioche, brownies and blondies. Sweet-toothed peeps will also enjoy the lollies sold in white paper bags. Nostalgic cool.
