It is in a lovely spot in Sutherland, a quiet leafy street with lots of street parking and a chilled, local vibe. The place stands out if you dive past it, being the only coffee shop on the street, with locals gas-bagging in a sunny position out the front of the shop. While the coffee was not spectacular– whatever coffee bean they use…(Mosaic!!!) I did not like, however what is special about this café is the lovely pastries. Lovely little lemon curd tarts and fruit tarts, along with macaroons and cupcakes fill the front display, while home-made pies and sausage rolls are all in high demand and often sell out quickly. I found my lemon curd tart to be the perfect size, not grossly oversized but the coffee was left to be desired. I enjoyed the friendly, quiet and relaxed atmosphere of this place.
