If you enjoy northern Chinese food, live in Sydney and are not eating at Billy’s at least once a month you need to fix that. Delicious dumplings, mains to suit both authentic and western tastes, and a great atmosphere for an impromptu feast with friends.

Nice atmosphere, but just OK food. The dumplings were an eager attempt to be interesting but just OK. Yes on the prawn and pork fennel, but never again for the kim chee beef dumpling. –the flavors were out of place and left my palate confused.

Walk by this place a lot and never see it packed, now I know why.
The chicken dumplings were meh. Their chilli sauce is meh.
They have massive soup dumplings though, so they have that going for them.
Tastewise, only OK. The broth inside is a bit too sour, and the meat is just OK.
The pork belly was delicious though… so I highly recommend getting that if you eat here.
For a place that supposedly specialises in dumplings I expected more… but it’s not too bad. Some things hit, some things miss.

Great service and fast delicious food! The beef fillet in ginger shallot sauce was damn good, and the xiao long bun dumplings were my fave. They’re super lovely and offer you many different sauces to accompany your meal. Yum yum yum!
