My partner and I were debating over whether or not to visit Dracula’s Haunted House, as we had read online that the experience only lasts for 30 minutes(this is the case), and tickets aren’t super cheap at $ 25 per adult. We decided to give it a go after finding a voucher for adults to enter at children’s prices. At the time of purchasing the tickets, you will be asked to hand over all of your loose items including mobile phones. I can understand why they request this, as it would be hard to recover dropped items whilst the attraction is in operation, and using your mobile as a torch would take away from the experience. The scariest part of the haunted house isn’t so much what you see, it is more the suspense, not knowing when something is going to pop out in front of you or what is up ahead. As someone who isn’t a fan of dark confined spaces, I personally found this to be the scariest thing, though far from unbearable. There are emergency exits that you can use to leave early, if the experience becomes a bit too much for you. I am not giving the attraction 3 stars because it wasn’t scary at all, more so due to the price and the fact that the experience didn’t feel overly fulfilling at the end, though perhaps children would enjoy it more. I would say that Dracula’s Haunted House is similar to Infinity, though scarier and minus the lasers. It is worth checking out once, though preferably at a discounted rate, as $ 25 does not seem worth it. P. S. This is very different to the Dracula’s Cabaret show, which is definitely worth checking out.
