Disappointed with the food and service.
The pizza wasn’t gourmet, our base wasn’t crisp, we ordered the anti pasto plate which was also disappointing, the quality was below standard. Also the platter was meant to come with haloumi cheese however they ran out and gave us feta without letting us know. Then as a goodwill gesture they gave me a free glass of wine that I didn’t ask for. The wine also tasted like it had been opened for days.
The service here wasn’t great, we tried to get their attention various times to add to our order.
The salad was good but not enough to get me back

This place used to be great. I am not sure what happened, but great isn’t the word I would use any more. I would have been better off staying at home, saving my money and ordering from one of the big chain stores to deliver to my house.
The staff here were too busy talking amongst themselves and seemed put out when we wanted service. The food is average and way overpriced. Will go back to Delisios.

I love pizza, just not this pizza. Woodpeckers was a disappointment. They call it gourmet pizza. I thought it was pretty blah. About as good as your mass produced big chains, but at the higher price. I should have stood my ground and insisted that we went to Delisios down the road, but my friends wanted to give this place a try. Never again.
