This was the first B ‘n’ B I’d ever stayed in and it set very high standards for all future B ‘n’ B’s at which I find myself. I only spent one night at Hamilton House but I treasured my time there. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. The country-​style breakfast was perfect. The gardens, constructed and maintained by the owners, had clearly seen much TLC. As for the rooms, the best way I can describe them is that I felt pampered.
Incidentally, it was at Hamilton House that I proposed to my partner. It was the perfect location.
