I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and doctors here. The practice itself is housed a tidy little art deco bungalow which looks small on the outside but seems to grow once you walk in the front door. The waiting room can get a little crowded but there’s still always somewhere to sit, lots of water, magazines, etc. There’s also a separate room for parents with children that has a variety of toys and books, which is awesome if you’re a grumpy, sick adult who hates the sound of fun and laughter. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and have managed to book all of my appointments without any hiccups or scheduling problems. The only downside here is that they don’t do bulk billing(so far as I’m aware). They’s plenty of parking at the back of the practice, which you can turn into from Inkerman street. In the car park you’ll also find a back entrance with a wheelchair accessible ramp. Professional, clean, kind, and friendly. I would recommend any of the doctors here to anyone.
