Great place for a chilled meal or drink. $ 3 steaks are great on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Recommended ! They even offer to put lemon in your water. Staff are delightful!

If there is one good thing about this pub and that is the staff. Basically it is a standard no-​frills suburban pub, despite the fact that it is in Southport, though I must say I was expecting something a little flashier. In fact, after wandering around this pub it felt as if it isn’t a place many respectable people visit, especially after visiting the designated smoking area. However, despite all that the staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the meals were really cheap. They weren’t all that bad either, though don’t expect any gastro offerings, since as I suggested, this is a no-​frills pub with typical pub grub. However you can get a decent bite for $ 10.00, and they have quite a few specials to chose from. Don’t expect a great range of beers either, just the standard fare that you find in most suburban watering holes.
