Very nice food but 35 minute wait for breakfast is ridiculous! Beautiful croquet’s though

Expert barista coffee, down to the milligram. Each shot is caringly measured! Chai-latte is second to none. The best you can find. Brunch meals are typical to read by menu, but far from boring. As a good breaky should be, packed with flavour! And the whole place is filled with jealousy when children’s toast is served from the kitchen on the coolest space-shuttle plate.

Absolutely disgusting place. Same with the horrid owner. Do not waste your money here go to one of the other cafes in seddon. Not only are they rude but they throw their rubbish out in the street polluting the neighborhood and they are such horrible people I would never ever recommend anyone set foot in their cold crap café

Came here with the kids, both loved babycino with tiny teddies. Coffee here was so good had get one for the road takeaway when I left! Only 20mins walk from my house… Definitely will be back.

The first thing that drew me to this place was it’s clean, crisp fit out of white and blue and then I saw it’s amazing collection of water jugs! Well played! On first glance the breakfast menu looked a little predictable — bene, florentine, french toast, smashed avo, fritters — but then I noticed a few different ingredients and found myself taking ages to make a decision. I landed on the sweetcorn fritters with haloumi, salmon and a poached egg. When it arrived I knew this was no ordinary menu. The presentation was stunning, flavours tasty and the serving generous. Freshly squeezed OJ was yummy too. Nice spot for a quiet Sunday brunch and a read of the paper. I’ll be back, with friends next time.

One of my favie places for a peaceful brunch in Seddon. Lovely staff on the floor and good coffee, a few highlights on the menu too. Designed to feel like a friendly kitchen rather than a super-cool café. The ice-tea is a good treat in the heat, but I mostly consume the coffee and croissants :)

Excellent food and service. Great for taking little ones. They have high chairs. The children’s food was served on these retro toy plates which I think delighted the parents more than the boy. Clean white surrounds and the coffee is of a good standard. Burgers are substantial as to is the serving of chips. Lunch menu is diverse and we are yet to have a bad meal. Breakfast menu equally great. Can’t fault this place.

A bright and airy new local, The Little Man is a solid neighbourhood café offering well made coffees and a standard brekkie/lunch menu. My ¾ flat white had a nice crema and tasted rich and smooth. Wish it had been served in a curtado cup but that’s a bit of a quibble. I had the quinoa, cauliflower, and pumpkin salad, liberally studded with pomegranate seeds. It was fresh and tasty but could have been improved by a bit of tangy dressing and a few more herbs. The rest of the menu is your(yawn) smashed avo/eggy stuff/porky bits selection. All of it looked good but I was so hoping that this new café would add some edgier, more diverse options to the rather uninspired Seddon café scene. All, in all, this is a nice, sunny place with good coffee and friendly service. Worth a stop if you’re in the neighbourhood.

Agree totally with the first review. Great food and service with a bit of style and attention to detail. The place is clean, airy and bright. With appealing crockery and with small touches along the way. The menu caters for a range of standard breakfast fare with a few appealing variations — must go back and try them out. The vanilla rice with berries looked delicious at the next table. I asked for runny poached eggs and got exactly that — a good test of any breakfast chef. Recommended highly.

Seddon is lucky enough to have a new café join the westside party after The Little Man opened on Victoria St this morning. It’s a beautifully designed little place, taking over the convenient corner space previously belonging to the Seddon Post Office. An all day breakfast spot, The Little Man offers the standard array of eggs, though someone at a nearby table ordered the ‘Little Man’s Burger’($ 16 with chips or salad, one of three lunch options) and it looked freaking delicious. Will definitely give it a go next time I head there. They’re clearly catering to the young family crowd in the area, with egg & soliders and nutella/jam crepes on the menu for the kiddies, as well as a doorway ramp practical for the ever growing size of prams these days. With HEAPS of lovely natural lighting and a huge share table in the front window, it seems like it’s going to become a really great place to grab a coffee, do some work on a laptop or meet friends for breakkie. Latte was really smooth & nice, and while it was always going to be tough to live up to the coffee standards of their neighbour Common Galaxia, they’re not too far behind. Give this adorable little place a few weeks to relax and settle in and it will no doubt become another well loved addition to the ever growing Victoria St.
