Fitness First

This gym has been given the fitness first face lift recently. Converted from the blue image to the new and trendier sexy and fit Red look.
The gym now contains a lot of new stuff like plenty of squat racks and some new cool cardio equipment with new gym equipment friendly floors.
The overall look of the gym has improved however I do feel as though this gym could do with replacing some of the machines as they are a lot older then the ones I have seen in other fitness firsts.
Staff are friendly and the reception area looks great. The gym also offers a wide range of classes for people to attend. Changing facilities are very clean and include a steam room.
The gym is a very good one and doesn’t get overly crowded like some fitness firsts can be which is very good. Little more improvement with the equipment and would be 5 out of 5.

Expectations. Shelve ‘em.
It’s in a shopping mall. Where society’s mediocrity comes to flatter itself.
It smells. Of sweat. Expectations. Shelve ‘em.
Some of the instructors think they are king shit, they ride a bike and talk or they dance to the latest and lamest «hit» music. Expectations. Shelve ‘em.
The changerooms stink, benchtops and floors are littered with different types of fluids, powders, and mess. Expectations. Shelve ‘em.
It’s a gym. More correctly it’s a fitness first gym. Even more correctly it’s a mediocre fitness first gym in a sub-​mediocre shopping mall. You can come here and do gym stuff. Just remember to do one thing with your expectations. Shelve ‘em!
