After being ignored for 20 minutes looking at freezers, I asked for help — the lady looked around and called someone else to help, the guy she called then looked for someone else, the guy he asked adopted a pained expression (he was busy playing on his phone) and said to go find some other guy — that’s four people! At this point obviously I was a burden on their sales staff, I walked out. What an absolute disgrace. Whoever runs this business is being let down by their appalling staff. I went to Good Guys and got a totally opposite response — multiple helpful people and I bought the item from them. I’ll go directly to good guys in future. Never again HN Preston!
