My class pass was extended beyond expiry, took them a while to respond via email(no contact number). But happy that it was extended in the end. Passes shouldn’t have an expiry date. Would be more inclined to buy more if there wasn’t an expiry and if i could buy in store instead of online(more expensive instore). Overall good place and location. Variety of yoga for different skill levels and offers 200 hrs teacher training.

I’m not sure how long this place has been open, but I’ve only recently started going here because it’s the closest yoga studio to my home. I have mixed opinions about most yoga studios varying on the type of yoga, number of classes, and the instructors. This one doesn’t have the perfect combination which is why it only gets 3 stars. This place has two rooms, neither of which have the capability of doing hot yoga. One room is great, albeit skinny, but the other has a giant pole running through the room, which makes it difficult to see the instructors. It’s actually in an old townhouse type building so imagine that. In terms of class availability, they only have a handful of classes in the morning, afternoon, and evening, but as someone who works late it would be nice to have more night options Level of instruction alps varies. I’ve had some great instructors, like the one tonight named Dana, but it’s hit or miss. I went to one on Monday and we spent an hour talking about breathing and maybe ran through two total sequences. It also seems like a lot of subbing goes on so I just don’t think they’ve cultivated a community yet. I’ll keep going here because it is close, but I still think it needs a bit of work.
