After speaking with the customer service consultant that looked after the JB Hifi account here I would recommend steering clear of this company.
The person that I spoke to lacked customer empathy and refused to provide me with information that she had provided to JB Hifi telling me instead that I needed to call JB Hifi.
On top of this I was told originally that my delivery was due between 8 and 10am. Then at 10:40am I was told that I was actually expecting my delivery between 9 and midday which is contrary to what I was told originally with my actual delivery occurring just before 2pm. Whole working day wasted!
Seriously stay away from this carrier!
