Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

As I live on the east side of Melbourne, Port Melbourne is a bit of a drive just for Froyo. However feeding a friend’s addiction for Froyo was important and hence we made the journey.
The shop is well situated and you can’t miss it as it’s all orange and well lit up. They have many more options of yoghurt flavours compared to the other places that we’ve been too.
My favourite was Peanut Butter and I’d recommend trying that as I haven’t seen this flavour anywhere else. As usual it’s a self serve place with many topping options to add.

Fro-​yo lovers, this place is for you. I’ve looked everywhere for something that resembles PinkBerry from overseas and this place has done it.
Self serve with plenty of flavours. Anything from pomegranate to cookies and cream to blueberry and all the in betweens. Then choose toppings from a wide variety. I chose strawberries and gummy bears but there are options for those watching their weight, those with a sweet tooth, young and old.
They have free testers so feel free to try before you buy. Also, the price is calculated by weight — however, if you guess your weight, you get it free. It’s calculated at 69c per 100 grams, which turned out to be quite affordable.
I can’t wait to return.

We were so excited that a frozen yoghurt place was opening in Bay St after recently enjoying Pink Berry in the states. I am pleased to tell you that we were not disappointed. Orange Leaf filled our fro yo cravings with ease.
We were greeted by a smiling staff member who explained to us the process.
Grab a cup, fill it up with smooth, guilt free fro yo and any toppings you wish, weigh it and pay. If you happen to guess the weight of your cup you get it free. Alas, we did not guess right but I am sure we will be on the money one day! The price is comparable to what you would pay at shops like Trampoline.
We were encouraged to use the little mini cups if we would like a taste test. Everything about our visit to Orange Leaf was positive — the store was very clean and organised, the staff friendly and helpful, the flavours were delish and even the packaging was spot on especially the biodegradable spoons! There is cute low level seating inside and out.
The only room for improvement would be a loyalty program.
