I do love a good icy pole and these guys are amazing. I’ve tried the ‘Salted malted caramel’ and the ‘Passionfruit mint and lime’ so far. Hope to try many more while the pop up shop is around :) Staff are very friendly, always greeting us with a big smile. And like Just D mentioned you need to eat it quick on these hot days. Mine ended up down my dress, whoops!

I love a good pop up shop and I love ice cream and ice blocks, so I am just totally in love with Delish Ice. You’ve seen the little blue van either in my photos at street festivals, or around Perth with your own eyes. Now there’s a little pop up shop selling goodies right down the end of William Street in Northbridge, adjacent to Kakulas and The Bird. You can’t miss it for the pretty little bunting flags and the pretty girl with the lovely smile serving you the best hand made ices this side of the equator. Note: on a hot day, stop talking and start consuming your Delish Ice, or it will dribble down your hands. What a waste!

Great flavours and they offer tasters so you dont have to be torn up with the burden of which delish ice pop to have! $ 4 each they’re a steal and with the hot weather that is the norm in Perth, you need to get here and try it. Super friendly service, amazing flavours — must try at least once.

Thy is home to the most magnificent iced latte ice-cream, sure there are many other flavours all of which are great; but I love few things better then one of these bad boys on a hot day to browse and enjoy the markets. Very highly recommended — enjoy

The phrase ‘mind-blowing’ gets thrown around a little too much, but when trying to explain the taste of Delish Ice’s gourmet ice poles, it is the most apt description. The lovely owner Katie creates wonderful concoctions, using unique ingredients, resulting in an explosion of flavours upon hitting your tongue. The range is pretty varied, from zingy fresh fruit to creamy and sweet. My favourite is without a doubt the lychee and star anise. You can check them out at most cool festivals around town(just look for the vintage turquoise caravan) or order some for an upcoming party, your guests will be impressed!
