Chilli Couture

I love going to Chilli Couture to have my hair cut and have been going there for four years. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve seen three different stylists during my time there and all have been awesome. I’ve never had a bad haircut from them (like I’ve had at so many other places). I feel comfortable in their very capable, scissored hands so have felt confident enough to try new styles which is always exciting. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have difficult hair to cut, and have had a hard time finding someone who can give me what I want. Rachel and the team at CC deliver it in spades!!! She’s always got great ideas and suggestions, and listens to what I want. My hair has never been happier :)
The little touches like the complimentary massage, and coffee (or wine) provided make every visit to Chilli Couture a mini-​holiday from the stresses of the day.
I can 100% recommend Cilli Couture to anyone who wants a their hair to be looked after by the most capable and competent hands in Perth.

Chilli have been taming my tresses for a year and half now. Previously my stylist was Laura, but since she left Perth I’ve been seeing Rach S. She is an absolute wizard and I am ALWAYS pleased with my hair when I leave, something I haven’t experienced at any other salon.
All the staff are so lovely and passionate about what they do. I would absolutely recommend visiting Chilli Couture if you find yourself in a hair rut!

Went there because of good reviews. Had long hair and wanted a change, a short haircut. I showed 5 pictures to the hairdresser so she knows what I was expecting. At the end, she cut my hair the way she wanted and this was way shorter than what I wanted and compared to the pictures I showed her… I told her it’s too short and her response was «well, there is nothing I can do about it now». They convonced me that I would love my hair once I get used to it. After three weeks, I still did not like my haircut and was very unhappy with it. I then went to another hairdresser in Melbourne (i don’t live in Australia) and the hairdresser in Melbourne fixed it the best way she could, however, she could not understand the kind of haircut I got at Chili Couture and the way it was cut. I complained a few times via Mail to Chili Couture but tey don’t give any refund to unsatisfied customers, only a free service to fix it or so. I don’t live in Perth so how should I get back there and even if I would live there, I would not go back to a place to fix something they just ruined a few weeks before. Very bad experience at Chili Couture and the after service for unhappy customers is even worse. Very disappointing!
