I come to this place everytime I go to Perth. The owners are really friendly and are always up for a chat so you get a nice warm welcoming feeling. I always go for the beef briyani. The briyani rice has a nice flavor to it nothing overpowering. The prices are great for the serving size and definitely try the kueh lopis if you have room after.

You cannot imagine the joy I felt when I first found this place in 2007 after coming over as an International student from Singapore. The place is run by a couple who migrated from Singapore, they are really nice people. Lunch can get quite busy at times so come early to avoid being turned away for the lack of seating space. I recommend getting Briyani rice, with the side dishes of your choice. I recommend the curry lamb! The teh tarik, literally meaning pulled tea is a sweet milk tea very popular in South East Asia, is fabulous. If all that doesn’t fill you up, try the kueh lopis, a glutinous rice cake drizzled with gula melaka. Gula melaka is a fragrant liquid raw brown sugar. Love it, love it! Takes me right back to Singapore, my home. Keep in mind that the restaurant doesn’t have many sitting spaces so big groups might have to split up! Come for your curry fix!
