Hertz.

Hiring some sweet wheels for a work-​trip in Perth almost ended up being my introduction to German engineering in the form of a BMW 1-​series after some smooth upselling attempts by the Hertz counter staff at Perth Domestic Airport. After politely declining the chance to cruise around P-​Town in a luxury vehicle, I rocked it with the common people in a Toyota Corolla.
And let’s be real here: there’s not a great deal of differentiation between any of the car rental counters at any given airport but Hertz made it easy by a) being able to book online via VroomVroom Vroom, b) having everything ready to go upon my arrival to Perth and c) easy drop off on the way home with the cars return not requiring any trips to the counter within the airport and receipt emailed to me.
