Walked in yesterday with my sick Mac Air and walked out feeling hopeful that my beloved machine will be ok.
The staff here are super friendly and clearly loves Apple and it’s products.
5 stars says it all.

Amazing! We picked up the recalled computer without a genius appointment. Haven’t got it home yet to see if it works. So far many times better than Castle Hill store. Plenty of people and plenty of geniuses plus no angry words for a change,
Kid’s table keeps angle biters out of the way too.

Except for my old style iPod, I am new to Apple products where I bought a refurbished Macbook from a non-​Apple store. I took my Macbook to the Genius Bar today to be checked over.
Paul was the Genius and his customer service is superb. He made sure the OSX was up to date and added the package with iMovie and updated it. I am having an issue with my disc drive which he tested and needs fixed on warranty through the seller.
The service was friendly and informative. I do believe that I am sold on Apple.

One of the great things about any apple store is the abundance of staff working at any given time. unfortunately a lot of the time they just seem to be conversing amongst themselves.
In my experience I have found the staff to be largely unhelpful and unknowledgeable, especially with iPhone issues.

Typical Apple store… Excellent layout and customer service, it is a total pleasure to shop there. It is really hard to fault this shop but i took a star off anyway because nothing is perfect.

Best shop in the plaza by far! I went here on opening day and got a free tshirt! They also sell apple products and host camps with the kids!!! Great store!!!
