Even though it was a 40 odd degree day we chose to sit outside. There were 6 of us & one of the tables was uneven. Our waitress only bought us water when we asked for it.
I ordered the wagyu with a sauce on the side, medium rare, with mash. It came out with a BBQ sauce on it, cooked medium. The mash didn’t taste like real potato.
We had to ask our waitress once again for more water.
I will never dine there again.

I was at the UTS outlet. I was the only customer. I ordered a veggie burger. I watched 3 people in the kitchen engaged in a lively conversation that didn’t involve preparing my food. After 3 minutes I asked the girl on the counter how long it would take and she told me 5 to 10 minutes, which is too long considering that there was no other food to prepare. When it arrived it wasn’t a ‘premium veggie pattie’ it was a generic frozen pattie that you find deep fried in most fish and chip shops. Which is fine, but not what was advertised. I realised then why the falafel joint next door was bustling with customers while these guys had none.

As Dave D. said, the steak seemed a little salty (unbasted Medium Rare). Side of chips howevwr didn’t have any salt. Some of the tables have been exposed to the weather a bit too long and have curved tops. Otherwise a nice venue.

Service is friendly and timely.
Food is nice but a bit on the salty side, nice serving though the mixed green is a little disappointing as a side, $ 10 for a small bowl of steamed veggie is not really a good way to treat customers. Apart from the awkward serving of the side, main dish was above the rest. Loaves were fresh and hot. Would recommend.

Best steaks in Parramatta although friends report that they find the seating hard and uncomfortable.
But if you are looking for a great steak, this is the place to go.
