Darling & Co

We held a work end of year party at Darling & Co. Zoe, the functions coordinator was extremely helpful and very easy to contact. Despite starting out on the wrong foot due to the handover from the previous owners she was able to help us host an exceptional event.
The room we had was *stunning*. Open space with a beautiful bar, separate toilets and fairy lights all over. The staff working that night were extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with.
Underground parking and access to public transport and Caxton Street for taxis meant it was a perfect location for an event catering to people who hail from all over Brisbane.
Zoe was able to accommodate for specific requirements regarding furniture and couldn’t do enough to help out.
Everyone at the event raved about the quality of the food and the quantity served. The meals were lovely and very nicely presented. We were super impressed as sometimes when feeding large numbers proteins can be tough and overcooked.
I would definitely recommend Darling & Co for any function you might look to host.

Barramundi main was crispy, citric and perfectly juicy and the chocolate tart sooooo good. My new local favorite… yes in deed!

Who doesn’t love a long lunch, grazing all afternoon with some wine and cocktails. Darling & Co was made for this. After a subtle refurb from the previous ‘Iceworks’, the menu and general vibe of the place has improved. It’s a really relaxed venue which includes the more upmarket restaurant with the option of the bar next door, which boats natural sunlight and lots of indoor greenery. The service was great and the food was delicious. For a group of five, we had a selection of share plates, including the tuna sashimi tacos, pork belly sliders and cured meats along with some bottles of rosé. It was the perfect Saturday afternoon — and the ideal ‘girls lunch’ venue during the festive season.
