Great customer service!
Had to take my car in for repairs and panel beating twice in 2 months. They’re the local repairer for Progressive Insurance.
On the first occasion the actual cost came in less than their original quote.
On the second occasion both the labour and parts came in at less the estimate, and about 1⁄10th the cost of the repairs estimated by the local dealer. They showed me their invoice for the original VW part imported from Germany.
When a wrong part was sent to them by mistake, they reordered it quickly and came in on the weekend just to get the job done.
Frank and his staff are friendly, honest and look after their customers.
