Have had friends in the are recommend this place. Finally we got our act together. And we wish we had done it sooner!
The food is very yummy and fresh. It is not overdone like other Chinese restaurants.
Definitely worth a visit if in this area.

This has got to be the best Chinese food in the Hills district. I love going to Blue Dragon. The décor might be a bit old fashioned and the food rather traditional (they haven’t changed their menu in years) but that’s because the customers they have like it like that.
The menu is written in fractured English but that’s part of the charm.
I love their Hot and Sour soup, it’s really spicy and full flavoured. I ‘m not on to eat spring rolls anywhere, they don’t appeal to me, instead I will order the Ham and Chicken roll, exactly what it says, the tender chicken is rolled around ham and has a crispy won ton like wrapper.
For mains, you can try the unusually named King Prawn Princess or Grandmother Bean Curd, both of them equally delicious or try something a bit more mundane like Curried Pawns, my husband always asked for little prawns because they serve King Prawns or Sweet and Sour Combination.
