I’d give this place half a star if the app would allow me. This place is awful. Sure, there is the occasional ‘nice’ dish, but considering the service one receives and the overpriced menu, I recommend one keeps their dignity, saves them self the headache, and eat elsewhere.
First off, when we arrived (a party of 7) for dinner we were told we couldn’t sit outside because that was reserved for smokers and that the laws prohibit food being served where there is smoke. No big deal, we respect the law, so we went inside.
When we went inside, we ordered entrees and mains. We asked for entrees first, then mains about 30 mins later. 30 minutes turned into an 1.5 hours and we still didn’t receive our mains. We didn’t worry to much about it. My friends and I hadn’t seen each other for a while, and the point of this outing was to catch up.
After our mediocre mains finally arrived, we asked for some table water. We were told by the waiter that they didn’t provide table water. My friend advised that was actually illegal given the establishment served alcohol. The waiter again insisted they didn’t serve table water. After much discussed, the waiter offered to however fill a glass of water from the tap and bring it out.
After mains we considered going elsewhere for dessert, however given most of my friends were mums, with limited time time out (I.e. having to get home to babysitters etc.) we decided to head outside for some arguileh and dessert.
Once outside, the waiter told us that we needed to order a minimum of three arguilehs, otherwise it wouldn’t be worth them assigning a table outside for us. I questioned whether he was serious? We’d just spent a decent $ 450 inside and now they were suggesting we ‘weren’t worth assigning a table too’. What a joke. At this point I would have urged my friends to leave, but we realised it would be more inconvenient for them if we stayed.
We ordered two arguilehs and sat outside. After a little while my pregnant girlfriend ordered some desserts (against my better judgment) and to my disbelief, this «restaurant» that was quoting the law about not being able to serve food where there is smoke, broke the law and brought out a whole bunch of food.
The savoury food was ok, but it definitely wasn’t value for money. Stay clear of the mocktails, at approximately $ 12 a pop they are pretty gross. The desserts were the worst part of the night. Their attempt at crème brûlée was atrocious. It was like a watery custard. The fruit cocktail drink was a huge disappointment, you’d think they gathered a bunch of rotten fruit and just threw it together with some ashta (clotted cream).
Also, is it a condition of employment at Atmosphere that you have to be a rude disrespectful person to work there? Everyone we encountered was awful. My friends and I will not be back. What a waste of time and money.

The vibe was Ok but not food, beef ribs that ordered was cold inside & dry … There wasn’t enough BBQ sauce. The chips quality was really bad for price you pay.
On a good note, my wife & our guest ordered chicken dishes and they were happy with their order & choose
Overall, too expensive for what you eat and its quality
