This little French restaurant has the potential to be either upmarket or homely but it seems to be floating about in the middle of the venn diagram charging high prices for good food in an old dining area(that really needs rennovating) with average service and offer BYO. I suppose it all adds to the experience but also balances dangerously on the side of a Faulty Towers night out. Regardless of confused categorisation, this place is different and worth a try. The food culd do with a little modernising and a bit more experiemental. It reminds me a little of the first chinese restaurants that only sold fried rice and sweet and sour pork. There is plenty more French menus out there that could be introduced to this place.
