As frozen things go, these guys do frozen custards. They have seating inside and outside — however being that it is the depths of winter no one was sitting outside at all. Their custards are ok, it’s nice that you can add whatever you want to them to make them a wee bit more interesting. However I would stick with their custards and don’t deviate from that. My partner wanted a frozen custard the other night and I thought I’d love a hot chocolate because I was cold. What I got was hot water with powdered chocolate in it. No milk. It was disgusting. So bear in mind when you go here to just get what they are known for. Custard. You should be fine with that.

I absolutely love LICKITS! They are so much cheaper than the frozen yoghurt alternatives and has heaps more character. The vanilla is my favourite with cookie dough and maltesers. You can have so many combinations and add extra flavours for not much more. It’s very reasonable.

In my quest to find a great dessert place I tried Lickits, it’s a frozen custard place in Harrington park. They have vanilla and chocolate available daily and a flavor of the week, this week it was cake batter, so you choose your flavor then 2 add on’s like nuts, crushed biscuits, chocolate etc, while the flavor was nice, I wouldn’t be rushing back for another one any time soon.
