Our experience was not as good as many of the reviews here. The food was quite nice but the service was really slow. we had to wait ages for our food to arrive and then finally were told that they had «lost our docket» and couldn’t remember what we had ordered so we had to order all over again! THEN they brought us the wrong dessert and said they’d run out of what we had ordered! The fried ice cream was pretty pathetic really — just I’ve dream with crumbs on it — not the kind that is created over days with layers of crust. I think they knew it was a poor effort — because they didn’t charge us for the ice cream — but even so, we felt Yiche didn’t live up to the reviews. Maybe it was just a bad night.

Very home town feel with friendly staff.
Caters for the country Australian appetite, nothing fancy but a predictable menu that you go back to every time you are thinking takeaway.
Front counter has precooked food ready to go, which attracts most people.
But there room to sit in the restaurant and order from a menu. Hard to know when that part is open though. I’m sure they can cook up a storm if given the chance.
