What a rush to be on the flying trapeze! My wife and I traveled to Sydney a few years ago and were recommended to visit ARCAA by some good friends. I’m not scared of heights, but I must admit to being relieved when they hooked me up to some guide ropes and gently explained how safe the «flying» actually is…
So, my stomach muscles were not able to lift my legs up over my head (embarrassing!) on the first few tries, but what a great feeling to be swinging above a net and feeling like a true acrobat! Now that I’ve lost some weight and got some stronger abs (LOL), I am looking forward to when we travel back to Sydney and revisiting the ARCAA team. The instructors are so knowledgeable, and patient. If you are looking for a great way to learn a new skill, or get a group of mates together and share a cool experience, I highly recommend the Australian Recreational Centre of Aerial Arts. Enjoy the friendly skies!
