Sound Rehearsal Studios features 16 practice rooms, and their rates are incredibly cheap. The things I like about this place are the loading bay, trolleys for carrying gear, the bar, the performance space, and the rooms themselves all have blackboards (which can be very handy when you are working on a new song).
You can book online, and look for their special weekend lock-​out rates where you can get a studio for four days for absolute peanuts. They also offer storage options for musos who prefer not to lug their gear around all the time.
