The Cheesecake Shop

I love The Cheesecake Shop franchise, they are consistently fresh, have a wide variety, they negotiate, have generous trading hours, have very fair prices and their cakes are more often than not superior to fancy schmancy cake shops!
When I got married last year, we had to plan the wedding in three weeks due to army commitments and you know what– was nearly impossible to find someone to make me a wedding cake for less than $ 1000 in that time frame! But trustee ol’ Cheesecake Shop in Mitchelton came to the rescue!
I ordered in my friendliest Bridezilla voice a gorgeous two tier white fondant covered, chocolate orange liquor mud cake over the phone, to be picked on the big day at the right time, or else! The gentleman I spoke to who I believe was/​is the main baker and franchise owner was so calm and knowledgable, he really put me at ease.
The cake was absolutely perfect, the fondant had lace like patterns delicately imprinted on it that looked incredible and the taste was exactly what I hoped it would be. The wedding was chaos, but thanks to The Cheesecake Shop Mitchelton, the cake was perfect.
