Portofinos

We had an early dinner meal here. We were first to arrive about 5.15pm, we sat with children outside in the fenced off grassed area, great for the kids to burn off some energy while we waited for our food. We had quite a wait for our food which was frustrating, however the food was phenomenal. The special of the day was great value for money, steak was cooked to perfection and the children’s meals were really tasty. Delicious, modern Australian fare.

Food is amazing. Service is friendly and efficient. Good choice of food and drinks on the menu. Great setting and atmosphere. We couldn’t fault this place and will definately return soon.

The service and atmosphere are good here but what keeps us coming back is the food. It is always cooked to perfection and tastes divine.
It is one of our regular places to eat now.

Had our wedding cocktail party reception here and couldn’t be happier! Food was delicious, drinks were flowing and the staff were very helpful. Lovely view of the ocean too!

Watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean at Portofinos. This custom made restaurant features wall to wall glass windows overlooking the ocean. The rest of the décor is minimal, allowing the ocean views to be the crowning glory. Although it is a big of a hike to get to Quinns, the views definitely warrant the extra time in the car. This place is actually split into a restaurant and café during the day. It can be opened up for larger functions. The restaurant is a great place for a romantic dinner for two.
The service is friendly and efficient. They quietly appear to top up drinks and check on everything without becoming annoying or obtrusive. The food is modern mediterranean cuisine. The prices are reasonable. I recommend the oysters, they were cooked to perfection.

Portofinos has to be one to the most beautiful restaurants on the Western coast. The walls are made of glass and it is situated pretty much on the beach. It is a little out the way but honestly with the food and the location put together, this is the ultimate restaurant.
We went for my Mums birthday a couple of years back and prior to this I had been to the Portofinos in Hillarys, now I dont know if they are both owned by the same people, or what the deal is but the Hillarys one doesnt even come close.
It has an amazing tapas, a delicious pork belly (if thats you kind of thing). The food is presented beautifully the staff and friendly and professional. When you are in the it almost feels like fine dining but the prices say differently.
One of my favourite restaurants, thats for sure!

Portofinos has the most incredible location, it sits right in front of Quinns beach and has windows covering the entire front of the restaurant to enjoy the view of the amazing Indian ocean.
There are two rooms to the restaurant, they generally keep one closed off except for busy nights and for functions. Their service is top quality and very professional, the waiters make sure you are always satisfied and are happy to assist you. The food here is divine, and of course it is mostly Italian, with delicious pastas and wood-​fired pizzas, but they also include some seafood options mixing a little of our cultures. There is also a kids menu available, (and a little playground outside for the kids to enjoy). The bar is well stocked with a wide variety of wines, spirits and beer on tap.
The restaurant is available to hire for functions, I was a bridesmaid for a friend of mine recently and the couple had their reception here. It was as close to having a reception on the beach as you could get and the sky and ocean provided a beautiful backdrop, They had cocktail food coming around, which was absolutely delicious and the staff were great at offering the food to everybody. It was a great venue to use and they had a terrific time planning it out with the events coordinator at Portofinos.
