Aero Bar, Restaurant & Bistro

Aero Bar and Bistro (aka The Flightdeck) is a nightmare to find! But well worth the hunt. Similar to an RSL you’re required to sign in as a visitor if you’re drinking and it certainly has that friendly feel about it.
With a large seating capacity they can hold birthday parties/​functions in one area and still have diners in another.
The view overlooking the runways is a bit of fun and you can kill some time just watching the planes take-​off and land.
The staff were extremely helpful and very efficient. Our meals were delicious and the portions are great too.
The menu is quite interesting with a few typos, but as long you can get pass that and how hard it is to find you’ll have a great night.
I would be happy to recommend it and would certainly go back.

Under new management and it’s the boys from the well respected Dingley Village coffee shop. These guys are pro’s, the place has had a top to toe remodel. We had the smoked salmon pasta and the lamb shanks, both were superb. Get in before the word gets out.
